Cheat Mode (demo version):
Enable the console window in Game Options and enter the following cheats

Toggle God Mode

Toggle No Clip Mode

All Weapons

(1-100)Give Health

Enemies cannot see you

All Weapons and Ammo

Level Select

Set health level (# is the amount of health you want)

First person view

Default view

Change the frame rate

Spawn different items (see below for list)

Full Version Cheats
To access the above codes for the full version first enable the console window in the game options. During gameplay press the tilde "~" key (the key above the tab key) and the Esc key. This will bring up a window with some game paths and tech stuff. At this point you can now type any of the map or item names.
