Double Lobby
Hold down “option” as you place your first lobby section to get double lobby.

Triple Lobby
Hold down “shift + option” as you place your first lobby section to get triple lobby.

Cash
Scroll to the bottom left corner of the screen, and click in the bottom left square before building anything to get cash.

Gain Money And Population
After you build a condo or office it will immediately get bought in most cases. If it is up for sale again use the magnifying glass on it. There will be a small screen that will say price and under that the reason it is abandoned. Once the box appears lower the price untl it dosen’t say “terrible conditions”(it dosen’t matter if it says anything else) then make the price as high as it goes.

Extra money
NOTE: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the “standard.sam” file in the “levels” sub-directory inside the game directory. Scroll down until the “Bank balance stuff” heading appears. Go down a few lines and change the starting balance from “$50000″ to any amount.

All worlds
NOTE: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the “global” file in the “data/levels/space” or “data/levels/fantasy” folders. Change “keys.to enter” to a desired number.

World of Wonders park
Collect three Golden Keys to unlock the World of Wonders park.

Space Zone park
Collect five Golden Keys to unlock the Space Zone park.

WEISS
Adds soil. The mountain tool will change into a soil tool.

WALLS
Get a better barrier. This turns the rock barriers into blue walls. Unlike rock barriers, the blue walls prevent all animals from escaping.

Various Cheats

Buy a new square for your farm, then you sell it and buy it back within one second as many times as you want and add $100 to your money every time.

To get all A-class harvets: Fix so that you only have X-class harvests and then double click on one harvest and make it an A-class.

Cheat Codes
Hold down the SHIFT key and type the words FUND, WILL, or CORN.

FUND
Gives the mayor 10K.

CORN
Gives you 10K.

Get $1 Million
1. Grow oranges near New York.
2. Do this 5 times, each time after crop has died.
3. You should now get your reward.

Drain Or Create Oceans
To create or drain oceans without using up all of your energy, hold your finger down on the option key while in the edit window. Select the raise/lower land tool. A control bar should appear to the left of the raise/lower land altitude icon. If you wait above the control bar you will see the icons.

Powerplant Cheat
Rename a powerplant when it’s 50 years old, and it shouldn’t blow up.

Enable all technologies and get $500,000
Drag the ‘Maps’ window out of the toolbar so that it is the front-most (active) window and type ‘pirn’ click once on the status bar (its the small horizontal bar thats usually to the right of the toolbar, shows the active tool and also the current weather) and type topsguzzardo.

Bond Cheat
Start the game on hard level and go straight to the budget window. Click on the bond book and click on repay bond. Click OK and leave the window. With the main map on the screen type FUND (and Return) five times. Go back in to the bond book and issue a bond. It should say “Current rates are (%. Do you want to issue the bond?” Click on yes then repay the 5 bonds. If it doesn’t work, keep trying, but if it does work, you will get $500,000 at the end of every year.

Get More Money
Type fund and you’ll recieve $20,000 if you do this too much it will cause an earthquake. To avoid this there are two things you can do:
1. Type it several times at the beginning of the game.
2. Type it while the game is paused.

Tax Cheat
Another tip is to set the citizen’s taxes to 0%. Then just before tax collection (December or November if playing at fast speed) quickly set the taxes up to 20%. Then after you collect taxes, put it back down to 0%. This way the citizens think they are not paying any taxes.
